🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to expand soon.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2 to 4 working days

  • Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days
    Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Rs. 199

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 2,499

🔁 Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. We work closely with our courier partners to resolve all delivery issues.

🛑 Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
